How to use Audio Trimmer

Audio trimmer feature in Dexster is useful to trim the audio and delete unwanted parts. It is the opposite to the delete selection feature where it will keep the selected audio fragment and delete the rest. Audio Trimmer provides the quickest solutions to cut out the desired audio fragment from the beginning, middle or end of an audio file.

In order to use Audio Trimmer on your audio, click on Open button on the toolbar and select the audio file that you would like to edit. Once the audio file is loaded, use the Selection Range on the right panel to make a selection of the audio fragment that you wish to keep. You can also click on the Play button on toolbar to hear the selection. Then, right-click on the Waveform area and select Trim. The unselected audio fragment will then be removed. Lastly, click on the File menu and select Save as to save the trimmed audio.
